He is expected to talk about lowering prices for Americans, even as his tariffs threaten to raise them. Caitlin Huey-Burns went to York, Pennsylvania, to see how residents are rating Trump's handling of the economy so far. Then, Kelly O'Grady explains when Americans might start to feel the effects of Trump's tariffs. In tonight's address to Congress, President Trump is expected to tell the country where he thinks the U.S. should focus its efforts as the administration is determined to govern through the disruption of established norms. Weijia Jiang has the latest. President Trump will give his first joint session address to Congress of his second term. Robert Costa joins to discuss what's at stake. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy says he regrets his Oval Office argument with President Trump and wants to make things right. It came hours after President Trump turned up the pressure on Zelenskyy to make peace with Russia by cutting off U.S. military aid. Imtiaz Tyab has details. President Trump's policies in the early days of his second term are creating uncertainty across the country.
