Nicole Sganga has the latest. Giving up driving can be a big loss of independence for seniors, and coming to the decision that it's no longer safe for them to be behind that wheel can be difficult. James Brown showcases one family who navigated that very conversation. In Bay Village, Ohio, two officers responded to an unusual call about an inflatable pumpkin that had blown off a nearby lawn and was blocking traffic.
