The threat of Santa Ana winds which fueled these blazes is not over. Jonathan Vigliotti has the latest. President Trump and his advisers are working on plans to put tariffs on foreign goods, arguing that doing so will boost manufacturing in the U.S. and balance trade with countries like China.
