As a ceasefire deal is expected to go into effect between Israel and Hamas, Israel's government still hasn't officially signed off on the agreement, creating anxiety over whether it will hold. Israel has continued striking Gaza in the aftermath of the deal's announcement. Elizabeth Palmer reports. CBS News Chief Medical Correspondent Dr. Jon LaPook talks about the American Cancer Society's latest cancer report that shows both positive and concerning trends.
