David Schechter explains. Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday responded tentatively to a U.S. proposal that would institute a 30-day ceasefire in the Ukraine war. Three more members of the Norwegian ski jumping team were suspended Thursday over allegations that they altered their suits to make them aerodynamic. In total, five Norwegian ski jumpers have been suspended, along with the team's head coach.
