The FBI is investigating fires that were deliberately set in drop ballot boxes in Portland, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington. The sabotaging of ballots is something federal officials are warning about in a new bulletin. Nicole Sganga has details. Many Republicans are trying to distance themselves from racist and sexist comments that were made at Donald Trump's rally in New York City on Sunday. In addition to Trump's usual attacks on Vice President Kamala Harris, the rally featured a comedian who called Puerto Rico a "floating island of garbage" and is now refusing to apologize.
