But after this weekend of deadly attacks on Ukraine, he shifted his tone. Willie James Inman has the details. Israel struck a school in the Gaza Strip on Monday. It said Hamas militants were using the building as a command center. At least 80 people were killed, according to officials there. Elizabeth Palmer reports. An estimated 1,700 police departments nationwide use drones for search and rescue, traffic control and crime scene investigations.
