Tatyana Volkova is a private detective in the provincial town of Tarasov. Before embarking on a free-floating private investigation, she worked for some time in the local prosecutor's office. Tatyana has a mother who is scared to death for her daughter and never ceases to persuade her to give up her unwomanly business. But Volkova is relentless, because she loves her job, which she does with enthusiasm, quickly and clearly investigating the most intricate crimes. And not a single lawbreaker has escaped her watchful eye and tenacious grip!
