Close Encounters of the Food Kind
Noah Cappe is hot on the trail of some otherworldly carnival eats at the UFO Festival in Roswell, N.M. From the Alien Egg to the Crashed UF-Dough, it's good eating for earthlings. Later, Noah heads to California's Orange County Fair where he tackles the massive Porky Leg and makes dreams come true with Deep Fried Pizza.

The French Toast Connection
The day starts off the right way with a breakfast bang with French Toast Bacon Bombs at the San Diego County Fair. Then, Noah Cappe saddles up with the Maui Cowboy Burger and finds fried food fusion in the Deep Fried Nachos Supreme. At the La Porte County Fair in Indiana, it's a trio of carnival twists on favorite foods, with the Port Belly Reuben, Deep Fried Lobster Mac & Cheese, and Giant Cream Puffs.

Million Dollar Baby Cakes
Noah Cappe spends the 4th of July celebrating in style at the annual Rio Rancho Pork & Brew Festival where he samples a trio of meatalicious meals before ending the day devouring the adorable Baby Cakes. Then it's up North to Michigan, where the state's largest free fair takes place where Noah enjoys The Tator Grenade and Churro S'mores.

Children of the Corn on the Cob
It's a summer blockbuster as Noah Cappe samples the menu at the Three Rivers Festival in Fort Wayne, Indiana. From an Enchilada Funnel Cake to Bacon BBQ Corn, the hits keep coming. For the encore, Noah hits the Orange County Fair where he samples Drunken Pickle Pops and then captures the mysterious Pineapple Unicorn Bomb.

Point Break-fast
Noah Cappe starts the day right at the Shasta District Fair in Anderson, CA, where he devours a Southern-style Biscuits 'n' Gravy Breakfast and rides off into the sunset with the Cowboy Funnel Cake. Next, he takes to the skies at the National Balloon Classic in Iowa, where there's an Iowa-only pizza with his name on it.

Planet of the Funnel Cakes
Noah Cappe drops in on central California's Placer County Fair, the home of some one-of-a-kind fair foods, including the World's Largest Funnel Cake. Noah lends a hand as a new world record is set -- and then happily samples the result. He wraps up his visit with two Argentinian offers and a fudge/cookie mashup. Then he's off to the Mississippi Valley Fair in Davenport, Iowa, where Deep-Fried Peaches and Ice Cream and a Walking Fish Taco keep him on the go.

Grill Bill
Noah Cappetravels to the Great Lakes to visit the Barry County Fair for flavorful treats including the Big Kahuna, Deep-Fried Cupcakes, Pizza Grilled Cheese and the Volcano Taco, an ice cream treat featuring homemade jet-black ice cream. Then he's off to the final frontier for the northernmost fair in America, the Alaska State Fair. While there, Noah tries regional favorites like Umiak, Alaskan Sausage Sundaes and Alaska Sourdough Bites.

Fry Harder
Noah Cappesoaks up the California sunshine while enjoying some wacky West Coast treats at the San Diego County Fair in Del Mar, Calif. While there, he witnesses the debut of some brand-new carnival eats, including the All-Chicken Taco, Mexican Funnel Cake, Octopus on a Stick and Unicorn Popcorn. Then he checks out the Southern-style treats including the Pork Pie, the Cubano Y'all and the Mint To Be Funnel Cake served at the Tennessee Valley Fair in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Scone with the Wind
Noah Cappe hits one of America's top ten largest state fairs to sample the Swamp Burger, Redneck Sushi and the Chicken 'n' Waffles Bowl before savoring the Washington State Fair's famous Fisher Scones. Later, he arrives at the Tennessee State Fair in Nashville for some carnival classics, including the Tennessee Whiskey Burger, Deep Fried PB and J, and the Candy Floss Burrito.

Eating Las Vegas
What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, except when it comes to the food, which is too good not to share! Noah Cappe investigates the Great American Foodie Fest in Nevada and gets lucky with some monster meat meals like the Katsu Curry Sandwich. At the Kittitas County Fair in Washington, Noah goes local with the Beefalo Burger and Hucklepeach Donuts.

The King Crab and I
Noah Cappe visits the Alaska State Fair, which is older than the state itself! He tries some local fresh seafood and state secrets, including the Sasquatch Sandwich. Down south at the Georgia National Fair, Noah finds that mornings are brighter when the day starts with the Country Breakfast Tots and Peach Fritter Funnel Cake.

The Waffle Truth
Noah Cappe welcomes the changing of the seasons at the Circleville Pumpkin Show in Ohio, where pumpkin stars in both savory and sweet treats like Pumpkin Chili Dogs and Fall Favorite Taffy. Across the country at the North Carolina State Fair in Raleigh, he finds some Southern favorites that have gotten the midway makeover, including True Grits and Banana Split Pudding Bites.

Aporkalypse Now
At the Great American Foodie Fest in Las Vegas, Noah Cappe goes crazy for an Ube Funnel Cake and the Tamago Burger. Then he's off to a New England fall classic, the Topsfield Fair in Massachusetts, where he checks out The Final Round and a Kettle Korn Ice Cream Sandwich.

Festival of Fries
Everyone's favorite side dish takes center stage as Noah Cappe celebrates over-the-top fries loaded with every topping you could imagine. He even tries a few that only the craziest carnival cooks could create.
