Gina is a young lawyer living in Philadelphia and looking to move to her favorite vacation spot, Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Although the home will be hers, Gina needs to make sure there's enough space for her family, who will be visiting her often. With the help of her friend, Sherman, Gina checks out homes offering her a variety of Dominican lifestyles.

Virginians Leslie and Al visited Nevis and completely fell in love with the island. Their three kids are getting older and will soon be out of the house, so the couple is hoping to find the perfect space where the whole family can gather and enjoy living life to the fullest in the Caribbean.

After spending childhood summers at his grandparents' resort in Wisconsin, hospitality is in Brian's blood. Now he and his wife Jessica are leaving Colorado to open a water skiing business on the island of Roatan in Honduras. The couple has entrusted an agent to find them a rustic home on the beach with enough buildable land to create their own resort in paradise.

Jay is a fourth-generation farmer in Massachusetts, and his eight-day work week keeps him away from his wife and three kids far too often. When the family discovered Nevis, they also discovered a new, laid-back Jay. Now the family wants to find a three-bedroom house with a pool and a large plot of land to escape the demands of farm life and spend more time together as a family.

Russ and Michelle have traveled around the Caribbean searching for the best dive sites. On a recent trip to the island of Roatan, Honduras, they knew the search was over. With a large barrier reef surrounding the island, the diving opportunities are endless. They are leaving their California home in hopes to find a no-frills house near the beach with the help of a local real estate agent.

She fell in the love with the serenity and diverse culture of the city of Las Terrenas, and she has a friend along to help her find the perfect home with space to practice yoga.

Jenny and Michael both have demanding jobs and hectic schedules in New York. After visiting Providenciales in Turks and Caicos, they knew they had found the perfect place to relax and unwind. When Michael proposed moving to the island permanently, Jenny didn't hesitate before agreeing. Now they're hoping to find an oceanfront condo with an amazing view to call home.
