A couple is searching for the perfect unicorn house that meets their very specific wish list, so they've called on the Closer for help. Lauren Risley works her magic to either find their ideal turnkey home or convince them to do a personalized renovation.

The Anchor Problem
After years of renovations, Dad is anchored to the house he helped build while Mom desperately wants a spacious home for this family of six. Lauren is determined to find a home that takes all projects off Dad's shoulders and into her team's capable hands.

The Investors
Lauren faces her biggest challenge yet when she works with a pair of investors who currently live in a hotel. She shows them how to make a decision with their hearts so that they'll see their home as an investment for their relationship and future.

The Over-Thinkers
After getting outbid multiple times, an over analytical and indecisive couple is desperately hoping Lauren can help them close on a house. Lauren teaches them how to make fast decisions that will finally get them into their dream home.

The First Timers
After living in New York apartments, a young couple in search of a St. Louis home is completely clueless about buying a house. Lauren becomes their home-maintenance teacher and style coach as she helps these beginners breeze through the buying process.

The Researchers
Lauren is forced to take a couple of scientists fixated on over-researching homes on a tour that gets them off their phones and inside actual houses. Her next big challenge will be blending their drastically opposite styles of modern versus rustic cabin.

Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget
A family of four has been living in a small apartment for the last ten years, and while they're ready for an upgrade, Mom's not willing to compromise on her high-end wish list. Lauren steps in to get them that million-dollar look on a limited budget.

Rick and Morty
