Then, they bounce around The Big Apple dining on meatball sliders, succulent St. Louis style ribs, pastrami-topped pizza and barbecue as authentic and anything found in Texas. Finally, Michael attempts to work it off by donning a cowboy hat and throwing himself into his first ever lesson in the Texas Two-Step.

With a day off from his concert tour, musician Nick Lachey hooks up with Michael Symon in Philadelphia, one of the best beer cities in the country with a food scene to match. From Chef Jose Garces' over-the-top bourbon burger, to true German smoked sausages, to authentic Italian pizza, everything they eat pairs perfectly with Philly's endless array of local and European brews.

Meat Plus Music Makes Mario's Michigan
Michael Symon is in the Traverse City area of Northern Michigan with Mario Batali, a longtime summer resident who takes Michael on a tour of his treasured local spots. They enjoy heavenly smoked fish straight from Lake Michigan, delicious brews at his favorite up-and-coming watering hole and the region's famous olive burgers where they end the night rocking out to one of Mario's favorite bands.

For Anthony Anderson, Chicago represents great childhood memories and outrageous adult shenanigans. He hooks up with his old pal, Michael Symon, to discover some of the city's legendary food institutions for sensational smoked sausages and indulgent burgers, and to discover some of its best new treasures for phenomenal pork and rare brews. Along the way, he helps settle a dispute Michael has with a local chef by referring a wild and hilarious sumo-style wrestling match.

Michael Symon takes reality television star Kendra Wilkinson on a whirlwind food and beer tour of Detroit to introduce her to one of the country's most resurgent cities. She falls in love with the area through its wide array of local microbrews and rich history of great food, from classic Coney Island dogs to spicy Korean sliders to pulled pork enchiladas. These diehard football fans end their day with a head-to-head beer-laden throwing competition.

They compare a famous old-fashioned chili burger with an imaginative contemporary take, swing through the city's Koreatown for table-side barbecue and tour downtown's best brewery where they have a bar games faceoff.

Michael Symon and Jenni "JWoww" Farley, reality TV star and winner of Worst Cooks in America, team up to tackle the best classic barbecue, freshest farmhouse burgers and most outrageous microbrews our nation's capital has to offer. Along the way, they hook up with one of the area's best-known chefs for his take on the local food scene and to compete in a unique and heated 'que contest.

Actor and proud Baltimore native Josh Charles meets up with Michael Symon at his favorite place for crab cakes in a town where everyone fights over where to find the very best. After a heated round of bocce ball in the city's Little Italy neighborhood, Michael introduces Josh to some of Baltimore's best new spots for juicy, inventive burgers, sweet and savory desserts and refreshing craft brews to wash it all down.

Severance
