In this first episode, Guy embarks on his most expensive and riskiest build so far: transforming a £16million apartment in Monaco into an opulent superhome. As Guy makes the first steps towards finding the perfect Monaco apartment to renovate, things go wrong from day one. Guy quickly discovers that building in one of the most expensive places to live on the planet is anything but easy, as local planning restrictions and impossibly high building costs threaten to turn his lifelong dream of owning a luxury apartment in Monaco into a nightmare. To make matters worse, his £16million apartment doesn't even include a parking space!

Episode 2
This brand-new programme follows luxury property developer Guy Phoenix's rollercoaster journey of buying and renovating a £16million Monaco apartment: the biggest investment and financial risk that Guy has ever taken. His maverick methods, creative genius and unrelenting self-belief have seen him climb to the top of the luxury property ladder in the UK, but Guy sees these as small steps towards his ultimate goal - to build the most expensive and luxurious house in the world! And what better place to begin his mission to conquer the luxury property world than Monaco - one of the most expensive and desirable places to live on the planet. We follow the highs and lows of every aspect of this unique renovation that has Guy's entire reputation at stake. As the finish line gets closer, the pressure and stress on Guy and his crack team of builders becomes almost unbearable. If all goes to plan, his grand vision to build the world's most expensive house will be a step closer. Get it wrong and, well... Guy doesn't even think about that! In this concluding episode, as Guy navigates the intricacies of building in one of the most expensive places to live on the planet, he's under pressure to complete his luxury apartment in time for the upcoming Monaco Grand Prix.

The Gilded Age
The American Gilded Age was a period of immense economic change, of huge fortunes made and lost, and the rise of disparity between old money and new.
Against this backdrop of change, the story begins in 1882 — introducing young Marian Brook, the orphaned daughter of a Union general, who moves into the New York City home of her thoroughly old money aunts Agnes van Rhijn and Ada Brook. Accompanied by Peggy Scott, an accomplished African-American woman, Marian inadvertently becomes enmeshed in a social war between one of her aunts, a scion of the old money set, and her stupendously rich neighbors, a ruthless railroad tycoon and his ambitious wife, George and Bertha Russell.
