Last time out at Brands Hatch, Josh Cook picked up back-to-back race wins on the Indy circuit and four-time BTCC champion, Colin Turkington, was victorious in the reverse grid race. Early season pacesetter Tom Ingram still tops the drivers' standings, with reigning champion Ash Sutton in third place, just 21 points adrift of Ingram.
