When a high school girls' basketball coach is faced with a debilitating illness, Dr. Wolf must help his patient reconnect with her body before it's too late; Ericka and Dana treat a frat boy who sees dragons.

The Lost Biker
A member of a biker gang seeks out Dr. Wolf's help as he grapples with life-threatening memory loss. The interns are tasked to help a young girl struggling with mysterious seizures.

The Blackout Bride
When a bloody bride stumbles into Bronx General, Wolf goes to extreme measures in a race against the clock to save her and her missing husband; Ericka and Jacob must find a reason for their John Doe patient not to get transferred out of their care.

The Haunted Marine
Dr. Wolf and the team must help a Marine grapple with mysterious symptoms before the birth of his child.

The Girl Who Cried Pregnant
When a group of pregnant teen girls turns up at Bronx General, Dr. Wolf and the residents find themselves on a strange path involving friendship bonds and the witchy side of TikTok (called WitchTok). Also, the audience slowly begins to observe who the interns are outside of the hospital walls. Like Dr. Wolf, the foursome have distinct stories and journeys that led them into the medical field.

The Man from Grozny
Dr. Wolf and the team perform their most experimental treatment yet: a brain-computer interface implantation in their John Doe patient's brain.

The Lovesick Widow
When an elderly woman is brought in with signs of dementia, Dr. Wolf investigates whether she's suffering from a neurological disorder or having a late-in-life awakening; Dr. Pierce grapples with a chilling discovery about one of her patients.

The Colorblind Painter
When an artist refuses to paint for his upcoming show, Dr. Wolf and his team must figure out why; Dr. Pierce goes into uncharted territory with a patient.

The First Responder
An unexpected patient crashes into Bronx General with mysterious life-threatening symptoms.

The Other Woman
Dr. Pierce treats a patient in crisis, presenting an ethical dilemma. Dr. Wolf and Dr. Nichols disagree on how to treat a patient.

Dr. Wolf and his team face their biggest challenge yet when an apartment building collapses in the Bronx.

The Man Who Can't See Faces
Dr. Wolf meets a pastor dealing with mysterious visions; the interns grapple with the fallout from the building collapse.

Jo is approached by a gang who know all about her son and is blackmailed into using her job to smuggle drugs. She soon finds herself pulled into a murky underworld of corrupt cops and hired killers, forced to carry out their orders with no escape in sight. However, no matter how far Jo finds herself from her old life, her mission remains the same, to keep her son alive.

Irish Blood
Irish Blood focuses on Fiona, whose path in life is earmarked by her father, Declan, who seemingly abandoned her and her mother on her tenth birthday. After years of channelling anger toward him, to the benefit of her litigious clients, a message from her father sends her to Ireland. There she learns key truths about her father as well as a family that doesn't know she exists, and, moreover, that the story of abandonment that has shaped her entire life - was a lie. A lie intended to protect her and her mother from her father's shady business dealings. Fiona resolves to uncover the full truth about her father and reconnect with the parent she only thought she knew.
