Bobby heads to Arizona and meets Mike, a family man who makes a living as a rope access technician. He challenges Bobby to face his fear of heights by cleaning the glass floor of the Grand Canyon Skywalk bridge while suspended 4,000 feet above the Colorado River.

Metal Mashers
Bobby returns to his home state of Arkansas and meets Lesley and Jeremy, a married couple who have forged a successful career in metal scrapping. Like Bobby, they overcame many hurdles on their road to success. In this episode, they challenge Bobby to dismantle a giant yellow school bus and turn it into scrap.

Wrecking Bones
Bobby heads to Texas to meet Dave, a demolition expert who overcame cancer on his path to success. Dave challenges Bobby to lead a team of his workers in demolishing a large section of a building.

The Fall Guy
Bobby heads to Hollywood to train with Janeshia, a pioneering stuntwoman for film and television who overcame many obstacles on her path to success. She challenges Bobby to perform several stunts for a movie, including being in a fight, taking a fall and being set on fire.

Burning Bobby Bones
Bobby heads to Alabama and meets Trey, a pipe welder who helps parolees get on their feet and find careers in the welding industry. He challenges Bobby to do a successful weld on a vacuum truck that's vital to local emergency hurricane relief efforts.

In Too Deep
Bobby meets Marena, an accomplished commercial diver who, like Bobby, has defied the odds to find success in her industry.

Towing the Line
Bobby heads to the Black Warrior River in Alabama and meets Michael, a 4th generation tow-boater who moves millions of tons of cargo in giant barges up and down America's waterways. He challenges Bobby to take on the arduous tasks of a towboat deckhand, culminating in his attempt stop an entire array of barges with just one rope.

Truck Star
Bobbyy visits Chattanooga, Tennessee to meet Sharae, a pioneering female truck driver who empowers and supports other women in the male-dominated trucking industry. Bobby attempts to drive her 18-wheeler semi-truck without damaging any of its fragile cargo – crates of fresh eggs.

High Seas Haul
Bobby heads to San Francisco to meet Giuseppe, a third generation boat captain, who introduces him to the struggles - and dying art - of deep sea fishing. The question is whether Bobby will be able to stomach the big waves long enough to haul in 500 pounds of fish?

Lights Out Kayaking
Bobby travels to Idaho to attempt kayaking the white-water rapids of the Payette River. His instructor is Lonnie, an "adaptive adventurer" who is completely blind. Bobby has a tough time putting his new skills to the test on Class III rapids, but really has to bring it when Lonnie challenges him to navigate the waters blindfolded.

Yellow Gold
In Virginia, Bobby meets PJ, a fifth-generation African American farmer whose family has endured and overcome more than 150 years of discrimination to maintain their land. This challenge will force Bobby to get his hands dirty as he attempts to farm on an epic scale.

Ice Warriors
In Colorado, Bobby meets Ralph, a former Marine turned Paralympic gold medalist. Bobby listens to Ralph's story of how he overcame the loss of his legs and found renewed purpose through the sport of sled ice hockey. Ralph challenges Bobby to hit the ice for the first time – and score a goal in a game.

Up a Tree
Bobby travels to Lake Tahoe to meet Josh, a tree removal specialist who focuses on fire prevention. To help keep the forest healthy, Josh challenges Bobby to climb a 100-foot tree and cut it down one section at a time with a chainsaw.

Animal House
On his home turf in Nashville, Bobby meets Bryan, an expert animal trapper who removes unwelcome critters from attics and crawlspaces and safely returns them to the wild. Bobby finds that catching the raccoons, opossums and skunks hiding in people's homes is harder, scarier and stinkier than he ever imagined.

Towering Heights
Bobby heads to Iowa to meet Matt, a wind turbine technician who climbs towers and performs maintenance to keep wind farms running. Bobby learns about this fast-growing sector of the energy market and is challenged to crawl across the top of a turbine to make sure its blades are secure - 235 feet in the air.

Predator Patrol
Hoping to learn the tricks of the wool trade, Bobby heads to Montana where he meets Evan - and quickly realizes it's a lot more involved than just shearing sheep. Bobby struggles to move thousands of Merino sheep across mountainous terrain to their sleeping grounds, and ultimately has to camp out with them overnight to prevent predators from attacking.

In each episode of Guy's Grocery Games, four talented chefs compete in a number of challenges as they navigate their way through the aisles of a grocery store, adhering to "real-world" obstacles. Whether it is shopping on a budget, substituting out-of-stock ingredients or grabbing groceries at closing time, each chef has to shop, prepare, and plate three different dishes using whatever they can pull off the shelves.
