L'importanza di piacere ai notai
Stanis convoca una riunione d'urgenza a cui partecipano René, Lopez e altri dirigenti di rete. L'attore è molto preoccupato per aver scoperto grazie a dei sondaggi che la sua popolarità è molto diminuita tra gli spettatori appartenenti alle classi sociali più abbienti. Per porre rimedio a questa situazione Stanis fa valere una clausola del contratto che gli consente di modificare a piacimento ogni aspetto del suo personaggio. Sul set arriva Valerio, che interpreta lo psicologo dell'ospedale; l'attore per immedesimarsi completamente nel suo personaggio che soffre di un handicap fisico decide di vivere tutta la giornata su di una sedia a rotelle e Alessandro ha il compito di assisterlo. Biascica è molto nervoso per la mancanza di uno "schiavo" e Sergio gli promette di assumere un nuovo stagista da sfruttare. Le riprese sono rese molto difficili da Stanis che pretende di modificare le proprie battute e di introdurre un nuovo personaggio, una procace infermiera, entrando in contrasto con René. Anche la scena successiva è molto travagliata, l'interpretazione di Valerio e Fabiana viene criticata prima da Stanis, poi da Lopez giunto nel frattempo sul set. Quando la tensione tra i membri del cast sembra giungere a livello di guardia il regista, spronato da Itala, rivela a tutti che Fabiana è sua figlia ricevendo un applauso generale.
