Episode 1
In this episode, we meet Jeff and his son-in-law Rich, who run a campsite and fishery on the border between Monmouth and Coleford. Jeff and Rich spend their days discussing the important things in life - and there is nothing worse than a marauding badger.
Matthew Plumb lives in his van in a forest near Abergavenny. By day, he is a professional tree surgeon, but his true passion is poetry. He spends his days up in the canopy of the trees pondering and rhyming and is working on a new composition for his favourite open mic night in Hay-on-Wye.

Episode 2
In this episode, we meet forager Henry, who unearths the wealth of edible treasures hidden in the undergrowth near the Severn Estuary and recounts a moment of drunken regret.

Episode 3
In the penultimate episode, we meet the pampered cows of Abermule, who are treated to a few pints of beer at the end of a busy day in the field, as well as a relaxing massage. According to farmer Ifor, this is the secret to getting some of the most expensive and mouthwatering cuts of beef in the world. For enterprising husband-and-wife team, Ifor and Eira Humphreys, producing expensive Wagyu beef is just the tip of the iceberg - they also bury dead people at their farm near Newtown.
International athlete and outdoor enthusiast, Angela Jones, embarks on a 5-week adventure following the river Wye from source to sea and back again. With her dog Jack as companion, the intrepid pair rack up an impressive 344 miles, running, swimming and kayaking the majestic river.

Episode 4
In the final episode of the series, Christian motorcyclists Alexandra and Stuart hit the road on their motorbike and sidecar as they pilgrimage to Tintern Abbey - Wales's best preserved medieval abbey. They later get their engines revving at the exciting gathering of almost 7,000 other bikers at 'Hoggin' the bridge'.
Henry Ashby spends his days scavenging through the undergrowth near the Severn Estuary for hidden edible treasures with his dog. With 50 years of foraging experience he's well equipped to look for ingredients for Monmouth's Michelin-starred Whitebrook restaurant, where head chef Chris Harrod purts the foraged food to good use.

Guy's Grocery Games
In each episode of Guy's Grocery Games, four talented chefs compete in a number of challenges as they navigate their way through the aisles of a grocery store, adhering to "real-world" obstacles. Whether it is shopping on a budget, substituting out-of-stock ingredients or grabbing groceries at closing time, each chef has to shop, prepare, and plate three different dishes using whatever they can pull off the shelves. Ultimately, the food does the talking, as one-by-one the losing chefs "check out," by a rotating panel of judges that includes Melissa d'Arabian, Richard Blais, G. Garvin, Troy Johnson, Catherine McCord, Aarti Sequeira, among others. The last chef standing goes on a shopping spree of a lifetime worth up to $20,000!

Alone
Alone places ten hardcore survivalists alone in the wilderness - no camera crew, no teams, no producers - on a single mission to stay alive. At stake is $500,000 awarded to the person who can last the longest. They will face extreme isolation and psychological distress as they plunge into the unknown, self-documenting their experience.

Family Guy
Family Guy follows Peter Griffin the endearingly ignorant dad, and his hilariously offbeat family of middle-class New Englanders in Quahog, RI. Lois is Peter's wife, a stay-at-home mom with no patience for her family's antics. Then there are their kids: 18-year-old Meg is an outcast at school and the Griffin family punching bag; 13-year-old Chris is a socially awkward teen who doesn't have a clue about the opposite sex; and one-year-old Stewie is a diabolically clever baby whose burgeoning sexuality is very much a work in progress. Rounding out the Griffin household is Brian the family dog and a ladies' man who is one step away from AA.
