Episodes

When in Rome aka Must-Haves in Rome
Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentiis arrive in Rome and immediately seek out their favorite foods. For Giada, it's the Pizza Bianca she grew up eating, while for Bobby, it's a most-frequented gelato shop. They visit the neighborhoods they love, learn about four iconic pastas and sit down to a traditional Roman meal with Giada's mom. It's all about celebrating the classics as they take in the energy of the Eternal City.

Old vs. New
While Rome is a city steeped in tradition, the food scene is being updated with modern techniques and new flavor combinations. From pizza pies inspired by famous pastas to a trendy food market, Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentiis explore how the food culture is evolving while still honoring the classics. Plus, they cook up some cutting-edge cuisine with a local Michelin star chef.

A Medieval Hamlet
Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentiis drive to the countryside of Tuscany for the second leg of their Italian adventure. They begin in the Siena province, a medieval hamlet that's been converted into the beautiful Monteverdi resort. Here it's all about exploring the local food and traditions: organic farms, an ancient flour mill, Tuscan-style burgers and even a sheep farm, where Bobby and Giada learn hands-on how to make the iconic pecorino cheese.

Wine Country
For their final week in Italy, Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentiis are in wine country! It's a chef's dream as they source high-end local ingredients and visit an iconic winery in Montalcino, a medieval fortress town set in the Tuscan hills and made famous for its Brunello wine. Bobby and Giada suit up to learn the art of beekeeping and what goes into making the famous honey. Then, the ingredients they find are the makings of an epic meal overlooking the Tuscan countryside -- one they will never forget!
