Maya Jama
Big Zuu heads West to Bristol, the hometown of TV presenter and social media queen, Maya Jama.
Maya is enjoying a rare day off and has headed to a local bar with her mum for a crash course in cocktail making - and drinking. Inspired by her part Swedish and part Somali roots, Zuu serves up a feast that combines Scandinavian pastries, his unique take on posh chicken nuggets and a very boozy pineapple dessert.
Bristol is the home of all things green – so whilst in town Tubsey and Hyder get busy sorting out the van's recycling and food-waste systems.
Maya is known for speaking her mind and she and Zuu have been friends for years – so she won't hold back when it comes to critiquing his food…

James Acaster
James Acaster has asked Zuu to cook for him while he records his hit podcast Off Menu. Zuu prepares a dessert that has them both fearing they may have bitten off more than they can chew.

Harry Redknapp
Harry's on a rare day off and once he's finished his round of golf is hoping Zuu can provide his unique take on fish and chips, cheese toasties and bread and butter pudding. As a manager who coached numerous players from West Africa, Zuu is also keen to give Harry a taste of his Sierra Leonian roots. It's a far cry from where the boys grew up – but Zuu, Tubsey and Hyder are quick to settle in and make themselves at home at this exclusive golf venue.
