But now, the Sharks question why the current $50 million value of Breathometer is only good on paper, and a dissatisfied Kevin O'Leary checks in with Michael for answers.

Although the business is doing great online, the duo question if their limited managerial skills and competition from market giants will hinder their growth potential.
