Unexpected weather conditions force Captain Lee to make some tough choices regarding the charter. An accident puts Nico in jeopardy of finishing out the rest of the charter season. Meanwhile, Kate is forced to leave her stews behind as she attempts to entertain the guests who are none too pleased to be land locked. Without Kate on board, old rivalries resume as Bri grows weary of Jen's slack behavior. Matt is back in hot water with another vocal restaurant owner on charter. Bruno tries to show Kate up with his knowledge of guest relations, but learns that there is no competing with Kate's three stripes.
