Çöp toplamakta olan belediye işçileri, çöp konteynırının yanında bir genç kız cesedi ile karşılaşırlar. İhbar üzerine olay yerine gelen cinayet ekibi, kızın boğularak öldürüldüğünü tespit eder. Öte yandan kurbanın yüzündeki makyaj, üzerindeki giysiler ve vücudundaki şeytanı simgeleyen dövme, genç kızın bir çeşit tarikat ile ilgisi olabileceğini düşündürür. Kimlik tespiti yapılan maktulün ismi Ayşegül'dür. Üniversite öğrencisi olduğu öğrenilen Ayşegül, çevresinde agresif tavırlarıyla tanınmaktadır. Soruşturmanın ilerlemesiyle Ayşegül'ün yaşantısındaki karmaşık ilişkiler ağı ortaya çıkar. Behzat Ç. ve ekibi bu ağı çözüp katile ulaşmaya çalışacaklardır.
