Chef and amateur go head to head making a dish of tagliatelle with pumpkin. Will the prosecco and coconut milk-based sauce clinch it for the home cook or will blue cheese swing it?

An amateur and chef make pork tacos and guacamole in a high tempo contest. Will the refined professional approach please the Food Jury or will passionate authenticity come up trumps?

Episode 24
An amateur takes on Mark Sargeant with poached salmon and hollandaise. Will orange in the sauce win over the Food Jury in a blind tasting or will chef's classic approach triumph?

In the last of the series, Frederick Forster and an amateur make their versions of chicken jalfrezi and pilau rice. As the votes will win cash prizes, the amateur means business.
