Alan and Jessie keep busy with work at home in Gig Harbor, Washington, but crave a chance to just shut down their computers and step out into the great outdoors for a breath of fresh air. After a refreshing trip to the coast, Jessie convinces Alan to make the leap and relocate full time to the beaches of Ocean Shores, but with a budget of $285,000 they will have to flood out high seaside prices to make sure not to drain their bank account.
