Battling the Kitchens
The teams arrive in Gulf Shores, Alabama, and size up their competition. After meeting mentors Ty, Alison and Taniya, the competitors hit the ground running with their first challenge in the kitchen for HGTV's Mike Holmes and Mina Starsiak Hawk to judge.

Battling the Living Rooms
The teams roll up their sleeves to tackle the living room. They'll have to put all of their DIY skills to the test as the mentors help them upcycle decorative pieces to give them the winning look.

Battling the Bedrooms
The competition continues and tensions run high as the teams focus on their next challenge: the bedrooms. The mentors encourage the competitors to take some big swings in these high-priority spaces in hopes that they will pay off and impress the judges.

Battling the Bathrooms
Halfway through the competition, the teams take on the bathroom challenge. This major renovation offers a huge opportunity for them to add some serious value and take their respective homes to the next level.

Battling the Kids' Rooms
The teams let loose with their creativity as they design the kids' rooms. They quickly learn that a fun challenge isn't always an easy one as they discover that this might be the toughest space to renovate yet!

Battling the Exteriors
The final challenge takes the teams outside where they battle for curb appeal bragging rights. The pressure is on, and the teams go all out for their final opportunity to increase the value of their home before the grand-prize winner is crowned.
