Big Risk in the Big Easy
In the series premiere, Keith and Evan will purchase their first property—a pricey Seventh Ward double, or duplex, with an uneven foundation, terrible floorplan and shocking bee infestation. After seeking advice from their friend, lifetime Detroit resident and real estate expert Shea Hicks-Whitfield, the duo will add value by building a second story, converting one side into a rental and salvaging the exterior's historical charm.

Looking to the Stars
Armed with experience flipping decrepit Detroit houses, Keith and Evan expand their business to New Orleans. They're looking to finish renovating the renter's half of a dilapidated duplex, but their budget soon spirals out of control.

Fat Tuesday Skinny Budget
With lessons learned from their first flip in New Orleans, Keith and Evan bring the energy of the city to their second project and look to incorporate Mardi Gras spirit into the rental side of a decrepit duplex.

A Second Chance in NOLA
Keith and Evan are forced to dig themselves out of a financial hole after losing money on their first flip in NOLA. Now, they aim to turn a dilapidated double into a traditional treasure by incorporating all the grandeur elements found in the Big Easy.

Marie Antoinette Jazz House
The pressure's on as Keith and Evan take on their third and final duplex in the Big Easy. They're looking to weave two of the city's major influences on opposing sides of the house, à la Marie Antoinette for the owner's side, and Jazz on the renter's.
