Tasty traditional American food is on the menu in this show. Classic home made burgers and turkey sausages with delicious fresh corn salad and vegetable coleslaw. The meal is completed with a stunning Flag cake.

The stakes are high so the food has to be distractedly tasty as well as made in card game friendly bite sized portions. Ina makes mini Lobster Salad, Vegetable Sushi, Lamb sausage in puff pastry and tiny Linzer cookies.

Tonight Ina's swapping her traditional roast for chicken with attitude in a Tex Mex feast in the garden. On the menu -Tequila lime chicken cooked on the grill served with guacamole, Sagaponack corn pudding and a stunning frozen key lime pie for dessert.

How do you host a perfect dinner party with fantastic food without spending the entire night in the kitchen? Ina Garten has the solution, with Chicken Stew followed by Summer Pudding with Rum Whipped Cream. Ina even has time to make herself a quick lunch.

Years ago Ina hosted her friend's wedding in East Hampton. Ina recreates the day with an updated menu of Marinated Rack of Lamb, Orzo with Roasted Vegetables and Parmesan Roasted Asparagus. The real surprise is Ina's spin on the original wedding cake.

Just when Ina's friends Frank & Stephen expect a low key supper-Ina has something else in mind- a fun surprise dinner by the ocean. Ina cooks filet of Beef sandwiches, chilled Gazpacho, Endive and Avocado Salad, Grilled herb shrimp and outrageous brownies.

Salmon Sandwiches, Buffalo wings, Blue Cheese Dip, mouth watering Lemon Bars, Caesar and Carrot Salads - all on the menu for a picnic at the pond. This is portable food at its best. Food that travels well and tastes just as good as when it was made.

Ina has devised the perfect girl get together meal. A virtuous healthy Tuna Nicoise platter with Provencal Potato Salad to start and then the pure pleasure element - Vanilla Armangnac Ice Cream wedged between 2 Chocolate White Chocolate Chunk Cookies.

It's off to the movies with her friends and then back for comforting Penne with Five Cheeses, a Balsamic Onion Salad, Sidecar cocktails and Stewed Berries with Ice Cream for desert. This is a high impact low maintenance meal.

Everyone loves candy and kid's party food. Ina's making Chocolate Truffles for the grown ups, fruit juice shapes for the kids, caramel sauce and lots of candies. And for the main course Ina prepares Parmesan Chicken and Broccoli and Bowties.

French food has a reputation for being a labour of love but Ina knows the secret to making classic French food easy and in record time. Ina proves you don't need a Michelin star to make an authentic French meal. Ina's good friend Miguel is off to Paris and she's cooking a meal which will get his taste buds excited about French Bistro cooking. Beef Bourgignon, creamy mustard vinaigrette, salad and Kir Royal.

Thanksgiving without turkey is like Ina cooking without butter – not in this life. Ina makes a classic Thanksgiving dinner, turkey with herb and apple stuffing, cranberry fruit conserve, Roasted Brussels sprouts and just when her guests think they're too full to eat any more Ina presents a Pumpkin banana mousse tart – well it is Thanksgiving one more slice won't hurt.

A friend in need is a friend indeed. Ina's friend T.R Pescod is hosting a party and he's come to Ina for help. Ina will show him how to shop and cook to create an impressive dinner party with very little effort. Roasted egg plant dip, Baked Virginia Ham, Winter Roasted Vegetables and Lemon Curd – all easy when you know how to make them.

What's the secret to a good marriage? Love, laughter and understanding and lots of home cooked meals. Ina's husband Jeffrey is back to work, back to Yale for the week and she's preparing a delicious food that will travel well and still taste good when it reaches Connecticut such as butternut squash and apple soup and sesame chicken salad. All this and a romantic breakfast of banana sour cream pancakes with maple syrup and crispy bacon before he leaves – it guarantees that Jeffrey will return home as quickly as possible.

This is the type of winter food that makes you feel cozy – a comforting home cooked dinner at it's very best. Roast loin of pork with fennel, and sautéed cabbage, followed by rum raisin pudding. This is real come-in-from-the-cold fireside food.

Chocolate has always been a real menu pleaser. Ina pulls out all her favorite chocolate recipe moments. Chocolate white chocolate chunk cookies, Truffles, Tiramisu, chocolate brownies and for the more health conscious chocolate dipped strawberries.

Ina has the chance to show off the very best produce the Hampton's has to offer. Local corn sautéed in butter served with roast duck and to finish old fashioned apple crisp and home made vanilla ice cream.
