Emma goes to Bergen and gets to know the rap artist Myra, who talks about a childhood with a lot of uncertainty and a lack of belonging. They go back to one of the orphanages where Myra grew up, and there is a touching meeting with the bonus family.

Emma goes skiing with top athlete Birgit Skarstein and gets an honest insight into what it's like to be paralyzed and in a wheelchair. Emma is impressed by Birgit's willingness to stand up and enormous courage.

Big Daddy Karsten: - Norges første homofile rapper
Emma meets the rapper "Big daddy Karsten" (Karsten Marcussen) who waited until he was 28 years old before he dared to come out as gay. He talks about how difficult his path has been and coming from a small place and not being accepted for who you are.

Adrian Sellevoll: - Skam - ADHD
Emma gets a few eventful days with Adrian Sellevoll, where he participates in the World Cup in deadlift, among other things. He talks openly and honestly about what it's like to live with ADHD and the challenges surrounding it in childhood.

Roya Sori: - Mobbingen var verre enn krigen
Emma goes to Kristiansand and meets Roya Sori. Roya tells about the war and the escape from Iran and about what it was like to come to Norway as a refugee. She talks about many years of bullying at school and a suicide attempt that would change her life.

Carina Carlsen: - Burlesque reddet livet mitt
Emma gets to know body positivist Carina Carlsen, who talks about years of an eating disorder and what it's like to be stigmatized as overweight. Carina talks about how the burlesque dance has been better than a psychologist and challenges Emma to take part in her burlesque show.

Vegard Bjørsmo: - Jeg følte meg aldri samisk nok
Emma goes to Karasjok and gets to know the artist and actor Vegard Bjørsmo, who is Sami. He talks about the love he has for the Sami culture, but also about the challenges of standing out in a small place like Karasjok.

As a child, Emma had few role models she could compare herself to, but she had good friends who, like her, stood out and were born in the wrong body. Unlike Emma, they have not been as open as her.
