With the fate of New York's animal population at stake, rats Phil and Mike work to pull off Roachella, a music festival designed for all the different animal species. At the event, a bunny ticket scalper decides to watch out for an Amish turtle having its first concert experience, while a troublemaking gang looks to cause mischief.

Middle child Gene is an aspiring musician with a thirst for life. Louise is the bunny ears-wearing youngest daughter with an off-kilter sense of humor that makes her somewhat of a liability in the kitchen – and with the public.

Jeopardy! is a classic game show -- with a twist. The answers are given first, and the contestants supply the questions. Three contestants, including the previous show's champion, compete in six categories and in three rounds (with each round's "answers" being worth more prize money).
