After the Maru returns to the Andromeda with no one aboard, Beka and Tyr materialize on the Andromeda with no explanation. The crew tries to keep the Andromeda from falling into the dimensional tunnel.

After Dylan receives a package and takes Harper on a secret mission, he becomes a wanted man.

Mad to Be Saved
Andromeda saves a damaged freighter that was venting oxygen. The crew's leader informs Dylan that they have escaped from a hellish slave world that no one has ever escaped from before.

Cui Bono
Dylan and the Andromeda are ordered by the reformed High Guard to transport and protect a candidate for election to Second Triumvir of the New Commonwealth—Beka's "Uncle" Sid.

The Lone and Level Sands
While being chased by Ogami, the Maru is rescued by the Bellerophon, a long lost starship from Earth.

Slipfighter the Dogs of War
Andromeda is hit by massive shockwaves emanating from a star going supernova, and signs point towards the use of a weapon similar to a Nova bomb.

The Leper's Kiss
A founding father of the New Commonwealth contacts Dylan to help in taking down a very deadly assassin named "the Leper" who is currently targeting him.

For Whom the Bell Tolls
A stowaway creature is discovered devouring the Maru's electronics. Unable to stop the creature from moving to the Andromeda and reproducing, the crew must find the creatures before they permanently cripple the ship.

And Your Heart Will Fly Away...
An unknown armored man appears on the command deck of the Andromeda and engages Dylan in combat. When defeated, the man shatters into dark matter particles that infect the Andromeda's guidance system.

The Unconquerable Man
In an alternate timeline, Gaheris Rhade takes command of the Andromeda and attempts, with the aid of the crew of the Maru and a hologram of Dylan, to reestablish the Commonwealth and drive back the Magog threat.

Delenda Est
Harper and Rommie encounter a cat—a species that has been extinct for hundreds of years; general malfunctions and space-time distortions plague the Andromeda.

The Dark Backward
Trance sees a probable future that results in the deaths of the entire crew and the destruction of the Andromeda.

The Risk All Point
On their way to the launching of the first new Commonwealth starship in over three hundred years, Dylan, Beka, and Tyr warn of an incoming Nietzschean battle group. Their suspicions that there is an agent on board the starship are confirmed when it is destroyed. Survivors in escape pods discover that the pods are leaking air.

Beka is called as a character witness for a friend on a planet where lying and deception are punishable crimes.

While in command of the Andromeda during the night shift, Harper causes a malfunction in the engine that could cause the destruction of the Andromeda.

Tyr has convinced the Nietcheans he is the genetic reincarnation of Drago Museveni, the progenitor of his race. He forces Dylan to choose between saving the Andromeda crew or the Drago-Katzoff pride.
