Under the Night
The Commonwealth vessel Andromeda, captained by Dylan Hunt, in a last ditch effort to avoid a trap, maneuvers toward a nearby black hole.Time dilation near the black hole slows time for the Andromeda and Dylan until a freighter tows it out 300 years later. Dylan now must fight off the band of scavengers attempting to claim his ship as salvage.
An Affirming Flame
Captain Dylan Hunt, attempting to drive the invaders from his ship, manages to scare off Gerentex. The remaining scavengers work with Dylan to regain engine control and break free from the gravity well.
To Loose the Fateful Lightning
The crew find an old Highguard Space Station inhabited by the teen-aged decedents of the original crew. Harper finishes building Rommie, the Andromeda's Avatar.
D Minus Zero
Confusion about the chain of command causes issues when the crew is attacked by Restorers.
Double Helix
When the Andromeda tries to help in a conflict between the Than and a Nietchean pride, Tyr is offered a chance to join with the pride.
Angel Dark, Demon Bright
Trance tries to pilot the Andromeda through slipstream and the crew travels back to a time just before the Commonwealth fell.

Answering a distress call from a Wayist vessel, Beka is surprised to find her brother aboard.
The Banks of the Lethe
When Andromeda runs experiments on a black hole, Dylan sends a message into the black hole saying goodbye to his loved ones. The message is received by the woman he left behind, 300 years earlier.
A Rose in the Ashes
While attempting to get the Arazians to rejoin the Commonwealth, Dylan is arrested for sedition and sentenced to life imprisonment.
All Great Neptune's Ocean
Tyr disrupts a chancellor's visit by bringing up past deeds committed against Nietzscheans. After the chancellor is killed and Try is found unconscious, Andromeda's crew must find the culprit.
The Pearls That Were His Eyes
Beka receives a message from her Uncle Sid, who seems to be be in urgent trouble.
The Mathematics of Tears
While Trance has taken an unannounced vacation, Dylan and the rest of the crew investigate the remains of a derelict High Guard starship, the Pax Magellanic.

After Tyr loses his memory, he is befriended by a family while Nietchiens search for him and what he has stolen from them.

After Harper is attacked by a dying Perseid, he gains a level of intelligence much greater than usual.
