Over at Cake Alchemy in NYC, Lauri gets an order for a surprise engagement cake in the shape of one of Gaudi's most famous Barcelona buildings. She feels like she's finally able to flex her creative muscles and create something that will really turn heads. In Los Angeles, Reva and Marc of Merci Beaucoup receive an order for a garden-themed wedding cake. At the last minute the bride changes the design, ordering butter cream flowers instead of sugar flowers. Giving Marc a chance to show off his flower handiwork and butter cream expertise, the garden cake has an elegance about it that harkens back to an old-fashioned art form.
