Kirsty and Aimee own a coastal farm at the northernmost tip of the UK and welcome Amanda to come join them to learn what it's like cattle farming in such an isolated setting and to give her a taste of Shetland fare.

Newport
Amanda visits Castle Farm near Newport, south Wales. During the pandemic the farm expanded to support four families with their dairy cows, chickens and the farm shop business. The host joins three generations of the farm-owning family at the prestigious Usk Country Show where their milkshake machine pulls in some much needed revenue and the younger members show off their calf handling skills.

Todmorden
In Todmorden, Amanda mucks in at a pig farm with a difference run by an extraordinary couple, and learns the art of salami production with some very messy results

Pontypool
Amanda visits Muhsen, Elif and their three children in Pontypool south Wales to see how these self-taught farmers learned how to raise goats, sheep and cows and produce their own fuel to grow and farm vegetables.

FarmEco
Amanda visits the Rose family on FarmEco in Nottinghamshire, an eco-focused business and one-stop shop for the community as it hosts several tenant businesses including a sheep farmer and a hair salon. She also turns her hand to woodwork at a workshop session for retired men hosted by a member of the family, goes foraging in an art therapy class and heads to the on-farm hairdressers for a trim.

Amanda visits Llyr Jones' farm in Corwen, north Wales, where she finds out how 21st-century innovation has revolutionised a picturesque and traditional hill farm
