Ten new Norwegian-Americans are coming to Norway for the first time, and must prove that they were born with skis on their feet.

Bunad vs. russ
The Norwegian-Americans are trained in partying by local Russians, and celebrate real Norwegian May 17 in Skjolden. Who gets to wear "their" bunad on National Day?

Alt for Norge
The Norwegian Americans will be supporters, and will be allowed to record a modern version of the Alt for Norge song. One participant must pack his bag and return home to the United States.

Norsk påske
The Norwegian-Americans travel by train to Oslo. Beautiful experiences, sweet surprises and a thrilling Easter crime competition await you on the way.

Norske skandaler
The Norwegian-Americans get to learn about the Norwegian scandals we have all been talking about in recent years. For one of them, a great and surprising experience awaits.

The fight to save Munch's "Scream" continues. The participants also experience both dødsing, dafting, luciatog, fjøsnissen and æ, ø and å.

Hytteliv – og død
The participants head north to Helgeland, where they get to experience a classic Norwegian cabin tour that takes a completely unexpected turn.

Med rumpa bar
There are owls in the bog in Mosjøen. The Norwegian-Americans have to put their bluff skills at risk when they have to learn about Norwegian words and expressions.

Havet gir
The Norwegian-Americans get to experience life as real Norwegian fishermen. Mølje, lutefisk and a proper brewing party are on the menu.

Havet tar
The participants get a surprise when the island of Støtt is taken over by mythical beings. The Norwegian-Americans suddenly find themselves in dire straits.

Norsk dugnad
What do the Norwegian-Americans do when Kjetil has forgotten to get them a place to live. Takes in old people's homes. The participants must find the man who always avoids the task - and suddenly they are in a game show.

Finale
Now the Norwegian-Americans must show that they have followed the journey through Norway. The one who performs best gets to meet his Norwegian family. And perhaps it is precisely help from the Norwegian family that decides the whole thing
