It's the seventh week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition. Artistic Swimming is revealed as the featured sport and Sabrina is deemed the Sport Leader and will have to train her fellow athletes for the competition in just three days. Damiyah reveals she broke her toe while earning her silver medal last week; while a bit of bitterness still lingers amongst the athletes who weren't able to compete in the previous competition. Perdita suggests a Polar Plunge to help re-focus the athletes on the ultimate goal. In the pool, Jabreel struggles, Rebecca faces another decision with regards to her prosthetic and Sabrina excels as coach. A shocking announcement is made just before Competition. Another, even bigger shocker comes at Podium.
