Toby and Andy join Scott on a boat trip into Prince William Sound in search of the perfect icebergs for their vodka. Meanwhile, Chrissy takes Shane along as she faces her fear of bees in order to collect some of Alaska's fireweed honey for a "Buzz" order.

Stag Vodka
Toby wants to harness the alleged "aphrodisiac" qualities that Alaskan Natives associate with consuming caribou antlers, naturally shed from the species every year. The team tracks a herd of caribou and is unexpectedly joined by grizzly bears.

The Devil's Club
Toby wants to use the safe, ginger-like root of poisonous Devil's Club for a spicy line of vodka; the team crosses Eklutna Lake to forage some; Scott tests proofs for a hot flavor.

Northern Lights
Convinced that they can distill a special vodka under the Northern Lights and in subzero temperatures, the team travels to Chena Hot Springs, hitching a ride on a tracked vehicle up a mountain before strapping on their snow shoes with their still in tow.

Spruce Tip Gin
The distillery uses growths from the top of 200ft tall Sitka Spruce trees to create a new flavor; proceeds from this flavor go to the Alaskan rain forest preserve.

Shrimp Cocktail Cocktail
Local restaurant commissions the team to come up with both a new flavor and a new cocktail; team uses sweet species of shrimp for a new flavor.

Chaga Vodka
Toby searches for chaga fungus; Andy and Chrissy work towards authentic Birch Barrel Whiskey.

Tundra Tea
Toby and Andy join Shane on a dog sledding adventure through Denali National Park to collect rosebuds for the final ingredient in a long worked on recipe.

Fireweed
The distillery team braves the unforgiving glaciers, frozen tundra and wild animal habitats to finally reach a field of the missing ingredient for their new vodka, fireweed.

Eating the Ice Worm
Toby, Andy and Shane fly to the top of the glacier mountains to harvest ice worms; Scott stays behind to modernize the company's machinery.
