Paramedics help a passenger who is found unconscious in a taxi. In passport control Caroline Acheson is suspicious of a young Zimbabwean with very little in her suitcase.

Traffic police Deborah Bell and Geoff Ledner respond to a baggage tug that's crashed into a plane while resident press Steve Meller and Russell Clisby await the arrival of world heavyweight boxing champion Lennox Lewis.

Episode 3
Traffic police Deborah Bell and Geoff Ledner respond to a nearby car crash and immigration officer Eric Day has his suspicions raised by a young bride-to-be from South Africa.

Episode 4
Canadian Airlines' Kelvin Ogunjimi is put on the spot by a passenger with the wrong documentation.

Heathrow's resident press men Steve Meller and Russell Clisby rub shoulders with Kate Winslet and David Bowie. Paramedics Paul Schofield and Gerard Robinson help out a truck driver whose vehicle has been involved in an unusual accident with a passing aeroplane.

While Anita Newcourt prepares for a visit by China's president, immigration officers Eric Day and Caroline Acheson take an interest in an Algerian marathon runner.

Episode 7
Customer services manager Karen tackles a life-or-death situation; shopping consultant Corinne tries to advise the Chelsea football team; and immigration officers Eric and Caroline challenge a group of tourists who are unsure of where they are in the world.

Episode 8
Heathrow's fire service tends to a plane in trouble; immigration officers Eric and Caroline find some Colombian asylum seekers during a surveillance sweep; animal health officer Stuart intercepts a pungent reptile shipment; and El Al's Peter and Sara come to the aid of some pensioners stranded without their wheelchairs.

Pop band Suede make an impression on El Al check-in supervisor Sara Collins , and fire officer Kevin Tuffley orders an evacuation when a firefighting exercise goes wrong.

In the last of the current series, immigration officer Eric Day notes a passenger's resemblance to a woman previously refused entry to Britain.
