In today's programme, actor and comedian Adrian Edmondson is off to the beach as he makes his way to the Welsh Coast to discover the region's finest British foods and crafts. He meets a butter maker who is keeping her 100-year-old family recipe alive, takes to the river in a traditional coracle, pops in for a slice of Bara brith at Britain's oldest Women's Institute and goes back in time when he visits a Victorian Punch and Judy show, before cooking up some local sausages.
