Absolutely - All Seasons

Season 1
The first series, from 1989, includes bewildered Scotsmen Don and George, troubled pensioner Bert Bastard, a little girl with a lot of knowledge, and mind-crushing simpleton Calum Gilhooley.

Season 2
Absolutely returns for a second go, moving from scene to seen with an erratic bounce of oddball narrative logic and creating a surreal comic world described as 'fresh, funny and often strangely sad'.

Season 3
The popular characters return for a third series, joined by some new faces, including the rabid patriot (and sometime playwright) McGlashan.

Season 4
The original cast and original characters made it through for the final flourish, which broadcast in 1993. Songs, animations, a bearded man who laughs a lot and a worrying posse of surgeons.
