LUNG teaches FONG some basic techniques of Spanish dancing and their relationship has improved a lot since then. A hitman suddenly appears while FONG is giving a performance to EMPEROR CHAI. The hitman targets EMPEROR CHAI but has hurt FONG accidentally. FONG is dying and can no longer hide her affection for LUNG. She finally confesses her love to him. LUNG promises he will marry her after her recovery. LUNG guesses that TIN DAN, an official working for the Chai Empire, is the real plotter of the assassination.
