Yorkshire v Normandy
Joe and Di Lunn relocated to Australia in 1967 to bring up their five children. Now that their youngest daughter has moved back to Yorkshire, they're looking for a holiday home that's within easy reach of her where they can spend up to five months of the year. But they can't decide on where it should be. Joe wants to return to his Yorkshire roots while Di wants to buy in Normandy France. With a budget of £140,000 Jasmine Harman shows them three fantastic properties in West Yorkshire, but will Jonnie Irwin tempt them with any of his three French homes?

Great Yarmouth v Costa Blanca
Tim and Lili Maher have sold their house in north London, and with retirement on the horizon, they want to embrace a completely new way of life and plan to spend most of the year on the northern Costa Blanca but also want to return to the UK to enjoy the English summers. So, the pressure's on to find not one but two new homes both home and away. Joan wants to remain in the UK and move to the seaside resort of Lytham St Annes to be closer to her family and friends, but Barry is looking for a new adventure in the beautiful countryside of Southern Brittany. Norfolk v Granada

Suffolk/Essex vs Lanzarote
With their children all grown up, Maureen and Brian Kellengher want to downsize and enjoy their retirement. But while they love the idea of staying close to family and friends along the Suffolk/Essex border, they're excited about starting a whole new life in Lanzarote. Jonnie Irwin shows them three beautiful properties for their budget of £320,000 to tempt them to stay in the UK and Jasmine Harman goes all out with three fantastic properties for £225,000 in Lanzarote.

Devon vs Brittany
Derek and Julie Kalinski want to buy a holiday home where they can enjoy their retirement together.
