Weymouth vs Dordogne
Rod and Margaret are selling up in Croydon to escape the London rat race and are looking to split the proceeds to buy a house in Dorset near the seaside town of Weymouth, and a holiday home in the Dordogne in South West France. In both locations, they'd love a property with a large garden and fantastic views, with enough space for their six grandchildren to come to visit.
