Bert proceeds to arrest Rajko and Mihailo Lazik, who do not understand what they are accused of.

It is proposed to Christophe to offer the approach of the Center for the Prevention of Violence to five inmates, convicted of domestic violence, who must be released within a year.

Christophe makes an appointment with Gabrielle. He wants to tell her the story of the Lazik family.

Épisode 13
Shaken by the discovery of a family secret, Christophe has spent the night outside and is trying to come to his senses. He shows up late for his meeting with Hervé and leaves him his business card, telling him that he can call him anytime. Back home, Gabrielle thanks Maxime, who hid her condition from Philippe. Helena Lazik is discharged from hospital. She has only one wish: to return home, but Gabrielle doesn't see it that way. Sylvie Desjardins, a woman whom Inspector Gauthier rescued when he was a patroller, asks to see him urgently. She fears for her life and is ready to file a complaint against her husband, Julio Montoya. This one is quickly stopped. Me Lafleur, his lawyer, is determined to obtain his release on bail.

Épisode 14
Gabrielle and Me Lafleur clash in court over Julio's release. Fearful of falling back into the anorexia of her youth due to the possible release of her father, Gabrielle sees Dr. Windbourne again who had treated her at the time. Officer Harel takes care of Noémie Cloutier, a young victim of an attack of rare violence. Christophe makes Hervé understand that he will have to demonstrate total transparency if he hopes to regain his freedom and see his daughter again.

Épisode 15
Sandrine informs Gauthier of Sylvie's panic attack and her intention to drop the pursuit. Noémie absolutely wants to return to Olivier and it is not easy to dissuade her. Gabrielle did what was necessary to have her colleague transfer this file to her. More and more intrigued by Christophe, she asks Gauthier, in complete confidentiality, to provide her with information about him.

Épisode 16
Christophe is busy finding a place for Maeva. He contacted Sandrine then the Marie-Labrecque school. Tina being absent, it's Carolle who calls him back and tells him that we don't want to see her again. Her stay was short-lived because Maeva seems incapable of functioning in society. At Gauthier's request, Christophe meets Olivier. He wants to talk to Gabrielle about his case as soon as possible. She, who continues to fight with Julio's lawyer, Me Lafleur, has little time to devote to her. Gauthier questions Noémie at length to try to understand what pushed her to accept the abuse inflicted by Olivier. The mystery around her thickens.

Épisode 17
Gabrielle strongly opposes the release of Maeva's partner, Joey Breton. Convinced that her sister Noémie is on the verge of suicide, Rosalie takes her to the emergency room where she is admitted to the psychiatry ward. Agent Harel visits him and tries in every possible way to encourage him. Maxime continues to be very worried about Gabrielle. Christophe has a long conversation with Hervé and gets him to tell him what he really feels about his two victims. Gauthier has reason to believe that organized crime would like to attack Gabrielle and Christophe.

Épisode 18
Noémie calls Agent Harel back. Would she be ready to welcome his help? The time for Julio Montoya's trial has finally come. Gabrielle and Me Lafleur question Sylvie in turn. Gabrielle confronts the arrogant Julio about his past with women. Me Lafleur will stop at nothing to destabilize his opponent. What will the judge's decision be? Christophe suggests to Éloi Parenteau, who is suffering violence from her partner, to accompany her to the police to file a complaint. Clémence Boivin goes to a veterinary clinic to save her injured dog. She claims he was hit by a car. Harel announces to Gauthier that she has just brought Jacinthe Langlois to the station, who supplies Olivier with instruments of torture.

Épisode 19
Following a denunciation from the veterinarian, agent Harel brings Clémence to the station where Gauthier questions her. He continues to struggle with Sylvie who never stops trying to meet him. At Roxanne's suggestion, Michelle Bérard, a young woman of indigenous origin, comes to meet Christophe in the hope of replacing her during her leave. Édith once again threatens Christophe to reveal his secret to Rafael. Harel suspects Clémence of being a victim of domestic violence. She tells Gauthier about it. Christophe and Gabrielle have an intense conversation about violent men.

Épisode 20
Still traumatized by the photos he saw at his mother's house, Patrick asks Roxanne to resign and not to speak to Christophe under any circumstances. Agent Harel is lost in conjectures about Clémence's behavior. Réginald, Yoan's father, tells Christophe that he does not want to receive the latter because his wife, who is in fragile health, could not bear him. Christophe tries to find a compromise solution. Gauthier is furious to see that Officer Painchaud is still at reception. He proceeds to question Clémence and her partner Arthur.

Épisode 21
Olivier's trial is ongoing. Agent Harel testifies there as does Jacinthe, who sold her instruments of torture. Although she testifies by video in another room, it is a very painful experience for Noémie. Christophe confronts Michelle with information he received about her. He meets Arthur, Clémence's partner, to get him to talk about his relationship with her. Hervé learns that his appearance for parole has been brought forward. He asks Christophe to include him on the list of people he wants to see there.

Épisode 22
Officer Harel asks Christophe to meet Noémie to try to encourage him. She informs Clémence of the comments that her partner, Arthur, made about her. Gauthier can finally question Amada, who is getting better. Michelle meets Nicolas Caron, who has just been released after serving his sentence for the manslaughter of his partner. Gabrielle notices that Gauthier is showing major signs of fatigue.

Épisode 23
Michelle encourages Amada to file a complaint about the abuse she suffered. Christophe goes to find Yoan in prison. He has good news for him. Nicolas would like the Center to speed up the processing of his file so that he can regain custody of his daughter. Michelle is upset when reading the press kit relating to the latter's crime which brings painful memories to the surface. Christophe elicits new confidences from Hervé as the latter's hearing approaches.

Épisode 24
While Maxim warns Gabrielle of the shock she will feel by attending Hervé's hearing, Philippe shows her the statement he prepared for the occasion. Hervé first wants to see Christophe again who does not hesitate to tell him his four truths. Michelle and Christophe see Nicolas again. He shares this interview with Jessica who tries to help him regain custody of his daughter. Roxanne begins to discover a face of Patrick that she did not know. Gabrielle is surprised to see Christophe at Hervé's hearing where he is called to testify.
