Eight 90 Day singles are ready to give love another shot, but not everyone can escape their past. Rob and Tiffany want a fresh start. Tim is shocked by a familiar face. Usman and Cortney have history, and Chantel's harboring a secret.

Tiffany hits it off at flirting 101 while Cortney struggles. Colt drops a bombshell crush. Rob's eye is on someone new, ruffling feathers, while Chantel calls out Usman. Meanwhile, Jen and Tim share a hot tub. 

Cortney drops a bomb on Tim. Colt takes his shot with Mei. Jen brings the heat. Elise confronts Rob, but Rob has his sights set on someone else. On a night out, secrets surface and the evening spirals into a showdown no one expected.

Jen and Tim's fight escalates, and everyone is caught in the crossfire. Cortney leaves with Colt, upsetting Usman. Jen shifts her attention to someone new. Back at the hotel, the air is thick with tension and a decision is made that changes everything. 

Jen learns something that makes her question everything. Tiffany lets her guard down with Carlo. Tim's curiosity sparks with someone unexpected. Cortney is torn, and Chantel shocks everyone with a kiss no one saw coming.

Colt confesses his feelings to Cortney. Usman tries to secure his first date. Tiffany drops a shocking bombshell that could change everything. Cole confronts Rob over rumors about Jen. At a Social Media workshop, secrets unravel and tempers explode.

Cole finally stands up to Jen but she's not backing down. Cortney's stunned by Usman's secret date. Colt thinks he's locked in, until a rival swoops in. Chantel connects with Joe. A sudden injury shakes the retreat and could end one love story for good.

After a shocking injury rocks the group, Jen rushes to the hospital and Cortney spirals. At a cooking class, Tim reveals a fear of figs. Later, girls' and guys' night out goes off the rails as Tiffany drops a bomb and Carlo and Jay nearly come to blows.

Tiffany gets thrown under the bus, and Chantel's not letting it slide.

Jen turns the tables on Cole, and she and Elise team up. Chantel lands a date with someone unexpected. Usman drops the L-word, leaving Cortney stunned, and Tiffany's date with Jay ends with a surprising question. 

After her date with Jay, Tiffany's ready to be exclusive. Colt and Cortney get closer. Chantel's date with Rocky shows her where her heart belongs. Rob and Jeniffer plan their future, while Carlo has something he needs to confess.
