Officer Logan goes searching for answers and asks Franklin to represent him against the Chicago Police Department. Their alliance puts Franklin under public scrutiny. Martha finds condoms in David's room.

Do No Harm
Martha urges the mayor's office to put more pressure on the CPD. The department starts looking for a scapegoat, which puts Officer Logan under pressure. Logan and Franklin try to get the public's attention.

Kamikaze
Franklin's decision to represent Officer Logan turns the community--and Martha--against him. Joshua grows suspicious about Big Phil. Logan's relationship with his father is tested.

Two Truths and a Lie
The State Attorney sets Franklin in her sights. While reckoning with his guilt, Officer Logan weighs the consequences of going to trial. Lieutenant Brannigan tries to stack the court in his favor.

The trial begins. Officer Logan is outed as the "bad apple" of the CPD, while Franklin makes a case against the department as a whole. A revelation makes Norma question her relationship with Joshua.

Armed with a secret piece of evidence, Franklin puts Officer Logan's comrades on the stand. Someone from Norma's past appears at her door with a crucial piece of information. Josuha finds opportunity in an unlikely place.

A lie intended to protect her and her mother from her father's shady business dealings. Fiona resolves to uncover the full truth about her father and reconnect with the parent she only thought she knew.
