Firing the Watchdogs – The chief of the watchdog agency that protects federal workers and whistleblowers, Hampton Dellinger, was one of the first to be fired by President Trump. So were 18 inspectors general and the chief of the boardthat protects federal workers. What is happening to independent watchdogs, and why are they being dismantled?
