Dedric and Krystal learn about a house for sale in Graham, NC that was destroyed by the previous tenants' dogs. It's significantly bigger than the usual single family homes Krystal and Dedric renovate, but the asking price makes it an absolute steal. Will they be able to turn this "motel" of ill-repair into the sleek four-unit rental of their dreams, or will they be left wishing for an early checkout?
