Het leven is niet kort genoeg

The Netherlands' very first influencer/YouTuber with Moroccan blood, Selma Omari, has been determined from an early age to escape from the poor Rotterdam Crooswijk, where the prospect of a great future is usually limited. She dreams of building her own empire in the American way. And so she moves unadapted within the world of Instagram, with more than half a million followers, but that does not go without a struggle. What lies behind this seemingly confident, fashion-conscious and stylish woman? And to what extent does she succeed in holding herself together on her (obsessive) path to success?
