Episode 1
A teenager comes in after being struck in the eye with an arrow during an archery class, Dr Ian who treats him shares his neurodiversity experience from childhood. Fifty-year-old joiner Chris has a wound to his head after a work accident, he shares his injuries and treatment with his many social media followers.

Episode 2
Ten-year-old Henry is brought to Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham after being hit accidentally by a forklift truck driven by his dad. X-rays confirm that both his legs are broken. Nahum and Dean arrive by ambulance following a road traffic accident, and 94-year-old Pearl comes in after badly cutting her arm by trapping it in a lift.

Episode 3
At Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham, an incident causes Jamaican-born security guard Weston to reveal the challenges of working on the hospital frontline, where incidents of aggression, violence and harassment are on the rise. Plus, the mother of a seven-year-old patient talks about the patience it takes to care for a neurodiverse child.

Episode 4
A man is rushed into Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham after his leg is crushed by a 12-tonne lorry. He may have developed a rare condition that can require amputation. Plus, nurse Christine describes how she realised her ambitions of working in the emergency department and put herself through college to get her nursing qualification, while raising two children as a single parent.

Episode 5
A 38-year-old has life-threatening injuries after a wall collapses at work. Seven-year-old Layla-Rose has smashed her front teeth. And a motocross rider has crashed his bike.
